Overview
"African immigrant students in the US Higher Education system frequently encounter various challenges while trying to navigate their studies such as marginalization, cultural adjustment, and lack of community. Recognizing the need for an opportunity to address these concerns, this capstone project outlines the framework and goals of a proposed applied theatre workshop designed to develop community and promote social justice among African immigrant students in Colleges and Universities." -- Abstract
