Overview
"This name-based story, Maulo, follows a Mahalean island boy on an impromptu adventure to find his way back home. From uncharted islands claiming his homeland doesn't exist to mystical creatures trying to capture the glowing gem embedded within his chest, he finds there is too much of reality he has been shielded from. Along the way he creates a small band of friends to help him on his journey. The new discoveries he encounters could either lead to closure of where his parents are or cause a mental downward spiral in the world he thought he knew." -- Abstract
