Overview
"Half Hour Pilot, Title: FOREVER 99, Logline: A former teen-star turned cult leader deals with the consequences of her successful suicide pact when those who took part are permanently stuck in 1999. Synopsis: CORA (27) was a popular teen actress until she aged out of her roles. She started a cult called the Eveites to feel the love of followers again, but when most of the cult goes through with a group suicide on New Years Eve 1999, something goes wrong. The Eveites are stuck on Earth as phantoms and, even though 24 years have passed, they’re still in ‘99. It’s up to them to navigate the rules of this afterlife punishment and find peace, one way or another in this dark comedy. One Hour Pilot, Title: Stocks and Gallows, Logline: A secret society of America’s elite gather for the traditional month of medieval living where they stay in castles, wage war on each other, and partake in the kind of behavior that wouldn't fly in today’s business world. Synopsis: A new hot-shot tech-god gets introduced to the way the elites do business when he accepts his invitation to a foreign land. For a month, the heads of major companies fully immerse themselves in the middle ages. It’s not just a LARP vacation for them though, they take advantage of the lack of red tape and government restrictions to advance their positions as they battle it out, literally and figuratively in this Succession meets Game of Thrones drama." -- Abstract
