Overview
"This project consists of two pilots. 'The Shit List' follows Lily Hall as she one day happens upon her husband's "shit list" of five names, of which the first four are dead. When the fifth mysteriously dies, Lily realizes her husband has been murdering every person who has wronged him in his life. After some hesitation, Lily wants in. When Lily's first murder goes slightly awry, the Halls fall under the suspicion of newbie detective Ellen Pellegrino, who's desperate to crack this case after completely bombing her first. 'Two-Hit Wonder' follows Leo Holmes, who thought his life was set when he won Star Factor and his song "Honey Bunny" topped the charts. But ten years later, Leo is back in Long Island, performing at local middle schools and nursing homes. He's desperate to prove that he is more than just his one-hit wonder, but his string of bad luck and bad managers have ruined every opportunity. Annie Knox is a directionless college dropout who works menial jobs as a senior bus driver/weed dealer. Their two paths cross when Annie runs into a drunk Leo crying on the floor of her senior center, where she encourages him to perform and schmoozes her way into securing Leo an interview. Grateful for her support, Leo hires her as his new manager." -- Abstract
