Overview
"This hour pilot sews together fantasy and drama to explore the concept of true happiness and how to obtain it. Avery Goodwin reunites with her estranged magical family to solve a brewing mystery that exploits the desires of humans for personal gain. Fairy Godmothers are at the center of this series because I view them as the most selfless creatures in fiction. Their whole role is to cater to the needs of mortals. The main theme that echoes in all of my work is the pursuit of happiness and the sacrifices people make for it. Other themes that can be found include coming of age, family dynamics, and LGBTQ+ representation." -- Abstract
