Overview

"Through my research, I have found that connections between creative expression and positive mental health have existed for quite some time now, and my goal was to create a workshop setting that could be virtually done anywhere. The lesson plans you will read put [Augusto] Boal's techniques into practice in a six-week workshop setting. During the six weeks of workshops, participants will be guided through exploring, sharing, and reflecting on their personal experiences living with an emotional disorder such as anxiety or depression." -- Preface
