Overview

"High-achieving Manhattan-native Mulan is supposed to go to Princeton. She's not supposed to think about her crazy Aunt Tabitha's suspected suicide. However, it's hard not to, when Tabitha is sending her messages from the other side. The signs seem to lead to Hawthorne College's mysterious summer program in the jungle. The program not only allegedly involves magic, but it's also highly competitive with students sent home every week. If Mulan wants to learn the truth about her aunt, she'll have to let go of the rules she's clung to and embrace her wild side." -- Abstract
