Overview

"The first half of Stargazer, a science-fantasy adventure novel, takes place in the distant future of an alternate Earth. Protagonist Kieran-lan is an extraterrestrial archaeologist whose people have been stranded on Earth for 10,000 years. When she lands herself a job as a consultant on a deep-space survey ship, she believes that she will have just the opportunity to answer the ages old questions about what happened to her people and why their history disappeared. Kieran-lan's desperate curiosity puts her not only in opposition to her fellow crew, but re-ignites the sparks of a long-ended war that may cost her everything she holds dear." -- Abstract
