Cooking, Bulk (1994-1998), 1988-2003

This series refers to those materials created in reference to Dom DeLuise’s cooking career. Materials include television dubbed cooking show recordings, production quality video recordings, cooking television programs pilots, cooking CD-ROM and related material and documentation, “Eat This,” and “Eat This Too,” material. Some videos are without audio and some are rough-cut recordings. Significant materials include: documentation surrounding his cooking CD-ROM, appearances on Emeril and Sig Sakowicz and recipes used in “Eat This,” promotions. This series consists of printed material, 2 DVDs, 1 CD, 3 Umatic recordings and 35 VHS cassettes.
