Scope and Contents
The materials that are available vary for each festival but may include: box office information/reports, contracts, photos, press clippings and reviews, publicity and promotion materials, marketing materials, budgets and financial information, applications, operations, correspondence, and final reports about the performance(s). Two folders are restricted as they contain jury evaluations of applicants.

Arrangement
Folders are arranged alphabetically. Because the content available for each artist varies, there is no standard organization or arrangement of the folder contents. Efforts were made to group common items together and/or chronologically. For artists with more items, the materials were broken up into categories and separated into multiple folders.
